Our Story
ProFix Appliance Repair Dallas LLC started in 2010 with a single technician and a used service van. Marcus Reid had spent a decade repairing appliances for a national chain and saw the same problem everywhere — customers waiting weeks for appointments, paying inflated prices, and dealing with technicians who couldn't even name the part they replaced.
He launched ProFix with a different model: neighborhood technicians who live near the customers they serve, fast same-day availability, and a flat-rate pricing structure that eliminates the guesswork. The first year we completed 300 repairs across Dallas. By 2014 that number was over 3,000 per year.
